Children’s health includes physical, mental and social well-being. As parents, part of our job is to instill healthy habits in our children whilst they are still young. This includes the right discussions about healthy choices, the right diet, and the right supplements to make up for dietary deficiencies.

Proper nutrition is crucial for children because it is directly linked to all aspects of their growth and development, which will by extension, determine their overall health as then grow into adults. Nutritional deficiencies can lead to problems with muscle growth, bone development, or an overall weakened immune system, amongst other things.
