Return Policy
Buyers must obtain return authorization prior to sending any product back for exchange or credit. Product returns must be within 30 days of invoice date and must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice and a Return Authorization Number obtained from seller.
Products beyond their expiration date may not be returned for credit or exchange.
It is strongly suggested that Customers purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted. It is also suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure Biogenique receives the package. Biogenique is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Customer Service reserves the right to decline a return if the terms and conditions stated in the following return guarantees have not been met.
Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is suspicion of fraud or abuse in any part of Seller's return program.
